Carlos Lopez is a first-generation graduate student and communications professional committed to uplifting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ voices through public relations and community engagement. Whether in a press release or a playlist, Carlos believes the right message can hit all the right notes.

Academic Projects

As a public relations and advertising graduate student at USC Annenberg, Carlos has developed communications and public relations campaign concepts for culture-shaping brands such as Spotify, Heinz, and Bose.

Professional Work

By working in local government, Carlos has honed his storytelling and public service skills. His professional work primarily includes multimedia content creation and social media management for the City of Garden Grove.
